age 80, of Indiana, died Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center.
She was born in 1936 in Blairsville to Jerry and Marie Palmer Petratos.
Mrs. Curtis was employed by Dean’s Diner for many years, and was also employed by David Weiss for many years.
She is survived by two sons and three daughters, Teri Curtis-Murdick and husband Ben, Clymer; Dennis and girlfriend Crystal Mumau, Cherry Tree; Kimberley Stewart and husband Randy, Blairsville; Scott and wife Jennifer, Shelocta; Tayna Buterbaugh and husband Timothy, Creekside; three step-sons and two step-daughters, Howard and wife Pat, Pelion, SC; George, Apollo; James, Homer City; Paula Ziegenfus and husband Rick, Latrobe; Freida Glass and husband Larry, Loyalhanna; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grand-children. She is also survived by two sisters, Elizabeth LeRoy, Butler; Virginia Wisor, Homer City; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, by her husband Howard in 2009, and by two sisters, Dorothy Heck and Helen Helman.
Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana, where a funeral service will be held Friday at 11 A.M. with the Pastor Jack Lucas officiating. Interment will be made in the Blairsville Cemetery.
