State police took a Lancaster County man into custody last week when they found liquid LSD on him during a traffic stop in Blairsville.
23-year-old Zachary Tyler Swope of East Petersburg is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and traffic violations. He was stopped last Tuesday on Route 22 just east of Dixon Street after a trooper noted an expired registration. Swope was legally carrying a handgun and consented to a search of his vehicle, where the LSD was found.
Police say the charges were filed before District Judge Jennifer Rega, but Swope does not yet have an online criminal docket sheet.
