A number of defendants will be sentenced in Indiana County Court today, some of them for multiple crimes.
The defendants include a Venago County man who pleaded guilty to indecent assault, in exchange for non-prosecution for rape. 22-year-old Kaleb Glenn of Polk had been charged with raping a woman he met online at the dating site Tinder. The assault took place at an apartment on Maple Street in White Township. The victim said she and Glenn were involved in some “light contact”, but when she refused to go further, he assaulted her.

- 40-year-old Stacie Marie Turner, for guilty pleas to retail theft in three separate cases, all from last year. In addition to theft, there is also a guilty plea to defiant trespass in one of those cases.
- 30-year-old Kayla Sue Noon of Indiana and 31-year-old Heather Renee Shank of Strongstown, both for charges related to operating a meth lab. Shank will also be sentenced for possession of drug paraphernalia in another case.
- 56-year-old Kevin Henry of Mount Pleasant, for theft.
- Madison Bruner of Indiana, in two retail theft cases.
- Damon Edward Troup of Apollo, Dianna Guerra of Indiana, and Isaiah Daniels-Wheeler of Elkins Park, PA, for guilty pleas to possession with intent to deliver.
- 44-year-old Derek Eckenrod of Kent, for unauthorized use of an electronic device and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in one theft case, and for forgery in a case for which 23 other forgery and unauthorized access offenses will not be prosecuted.
- 48-year-old Judy Ann Abel of Homer City, 35-year-old Christina Summers of Mount Pleasant, for bad checks.
