A Bolivar woman suffered unspecified injuries yesterday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Route 259 near Coal Road in West Wheatfield Township. State police say Jo Ann Keller’s vehicle spun out on some ice on a left-hand curve, sliding across the road and striking two trees. After impact, the vehicle went down a fifteen-foot embankment and came to rest in a creek.
Keller was taken by ambulance to the Indiana Regional Medical Center.
