Indiana County Emergency Crews were busy Friday evening with several calls.
Homer City Fire Department along with State Police and Citizens’ Ambulance were called to Route 954 in Center township for a motor vehicle accident. So far, no report on the accident has been provided by police. This was at 5:22 PM yesterday.
Indiana Fire Association was called out for an automatic fire alarm activation on 9th Street at 5:41. Blairsville Borough Fire Department was called out at 7:20 for a reported gas leak on Maple Avenue. Saltsburg Fire Department was dispatched for an automatic fire alarm activation on Trojan Lane near the Saltsburg school complex. Blairsville Firefighters would be called out a second time for a vehicle fire on East Market Street in the borough.
No word is available on any of these incidents.
