March is here and PennDOT is increasingly turning its attention to the construction season. District Ten has announced a start date for construction of a new Kimmel Road bridge over Crooked Creek in Rayne Township. It’s one of the bridges scheduled for replacement in the state’s Rapid Bridge Replacement Project.
Construction is slated to begin during the week of March 13th and is scheduled for completion in late June. The detour will use Route 119 and Chambersville Road.
