Indiana’s Matt Holuta won the 117th Annual West Penn Amateur Golf Tournament yesterday at Sunnehanna Country Club.
Holuta bested Chris Nettles of Peters Township on the third hole of a sudden death playoff. IUP Hall of Famer Sean Knapp was a runner-up to Holuta and Nettles.
Holuta, a senior at Rutgers, won the Pa. Match Play Tournament in 2016 .
