Two recent letters of intent to play for IUP have been announced.
Lauren Bertig, a pitcher on the Indiana high school softball team, has announced she will play softball for coach Bill Graham at IUP.
Mikayla Lovelace of Leechburg High School has announced she will play basketball next year for the IUP women’s team under coach Tom McConnell.
Lovelace was the Valley New Dispatch Player of the Year and a third team All-State player.
