Indiana-based state police have issued the newest version of their “Five Most Wanted” poster, and two of the slots are empty as those former fugitives are now in custody.
The latest to be apprehended was 34-year-old Justin David Jones of Indiana, who was wanted for felony retail theft. He was taken into custody without incident last Saturday and is in the Indiana County Jail. Jones actually has had four cases before the court this year. He pleaded guilty to public drunkenness in February. He is awaiting preliminary hearings in the three other cases, one for drug possession, one for theft by deception, and the aforementioned retail theft case.
Still on the Five Most Wanted poster are 30-year-old Trenton Dwight Jones of Pittsburgh, who is wanted for felony retail theft in Indiana; 41-year-old Kevin George Dillie of Bentleyville, Washington County, who is wanted for misdemeanor unauthorized use of a vehicle in Indiana; and 46-year-old Dakar Allen Jones of Monroeville, who is wanted felony theft of a motor vehicle in Indiana.
