
The latest state police update on its “Five Most Wanted” fugitive sheet for Indiana County shows three men still at large after the apprehension of a Vandergrift-area man last Friday.
39-year-old Robert Carl Orr was arraigned before District Judge Christopher Welch and released on $2,500 bond. He’s charged with felony retail theft, allegedly committed in Indiana earlier this year, and he’ll have a preliminary hearing on Tuesday afternoon before District Judge Susanne Steffee.
Orr’s capture leaves three fugitives still at large. They are 27-year-old Eric Vaughn Young Jr. of Pittsburgh, who is wanted for conspiracy to possession with intent to deliver in 2017. He was last seen in Indiana.
41-year-old Kevin George Dillie of Bentleyville, Washington County, wanted for misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Indiana last year. His last known whereabouts were also in Indiana.
And 46-year-old Dakar Allen Jones of Monroeville, who is wanted for robbery of a motor vehicle outside of the Eat-n-Park Restaurant in White Township last year.
