Multiple police agencies were called out to the state prison facilities just outside Indiana Borough for an incident.
State Police along with Indiana County Sheriffs, Citizens Ambulance and others were on the scene at 12:45 this afternoon to SCI-Pine Grove for what Public Information Officer Trooper Cliff Greenfield called an “active incident.” The scene was secured quickly, and there is no threat to the public or to those inside the SCI-Pine Grove.
