Allen has worked for PennDOT for the last 28 years, holding various positions during his career. Most recently, he has served as the Assistant District Executive for Maintenance and has also served as an Assistant District Executive for Design.
Allen takes over for Joseph Dubovi III, who retired from the position earlier this month after serving 35 years with the department of Transportation. Allen is responsible for overseeing all of the functions in PennDOT District 10, which serves Indiana, Armstrong, Butler, Clarion and Jefferson Counties.
