It took an extra day, but Indiana Regional Medical Center welcomed the first baby not only of the new year, but the new decade, yesterday.
Allison Grace Smith was welcomed into the world on January 2nd, 2020 at 2:55 AM, making her the first baby of the new year at IRMC. She weighed in at 7 pounds 2 ounces and is 18.5 inches long. She is the new daughter of Catherine and Robert Smith of Glen Campbell, and has two older siblings, five-year-old Luke and 1 and a half year-old Max. Both mother and child are doing fine.
