Pennsylvania’s Secretary for the Department of Community and Economic Development will be in Indiana County today to visit a plant.
Secretary Dennis M. Davin will join State Senator Joe Pittman, State Representative Jim Struzzi and others for a visit of the NORMA Pennsylvania plant in Saltsburg. The plant manufactures hose clamps for aircraft, automotive, heavy-duty vehicle and industrial applications under the Breeze brand. The visit to the 135,000 square foot facility will show how NORMA Group and the Indiana County Development Corporation are working together to modernize the facility for long term sustainability. There will also be the awarding of RACP funds for various capital improvements to the facility.
The visit starts at 9:30 this morning.
