
The office of the Prothonotary and Clerk of Courts announced Friday that will be “open by appointment,” beginning on Monday, February 1. The office had been closed since Nov. 18 due to covid-19 precautions.
As per the Judicial Emergency Declaration, the office continues to receive court filings by mail, e-mail, and fax during this time of COVID-19. The e-mail address is: pcc@indianacountypa.gov and the fax # is 724-465-3968.

While the office encourages filers to continue using its remote filing processes, the office is now able to receive filings directly thru the appointment process. Call the main number (724-465-3855) to arrange for an appointment. The office is located on the first floor of the Indiana County Courthouse and is open weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm.
