For the third consecutive year, First Commonwealth Bank has been recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the World’s Best Banks for 2021.
According to a news release, First Commonwealth joins 74 other banks around the U.S. on the list. Winners were selected from independent surveys of more than 43,000 global customers. They were selected based on the following criteria: Customer Services, Digital Services, Financial Advice, Terms and Conditions, and Trust.
Financial Corporation CEO Mike Price said that out of all three distinctions First Commonwealth has received, this year may be the most significant. He said that with the on-going pandemic, “banks have been called upon to help keep our economy going.”
He adds that this year’s distinction “is a testament to the hard work of our employees, especially in response to the unanticipated circumstance.
