PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE – INDIANA
State police in Indiana report a Clymer woman was arrested following an altercation in White Township on Saturday.
Reports say troopers were dispatched to a home on Hamill Road and found that 37-year-old Wendy Lute assaulted her 39-year-old husband by kicking him in the groin. Troopers arrested Lute and she was cited for harassment with physical contact through District Judge Christopher Welch’s office.
Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana also report that a New York man was arrested for drug possession in West Wheatfield Township on Friday.
According to police reports, troopers conducted a traffic stop on a 2013 Buick Enclave along Route 22 Highway East and Rumble Road, and found that the passenger, identified as 32-year-old Robert Floyd of Endicott, New York, was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Troopers arrested Floyd and charges were filed through District Judge Robert Bell’s office.
State police also released information regarding an incident last Tuesday.
Reports say that troopers were dispatched to a home along Maple St. in Indiana shortly after noon, to reports of a physical altercation between two females. Upon police investigation, an unidentified 36-year-old woman from Indiana was arrested and cited for harassment of a 24-year-old woman, also from Indiana.
An investigation is still on-going.
INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE:
Indiana Borough Police are investigating an incident of criminal mischief that occurred yesterday.
According to reports, damage was caused to a back door and lock at a home along the 300-block of South 4th Street between 2:30 and 3 p.m. Police do not have any leads on what the suspect(s) look like, however an investigation into the incident is on-going.
