A Monroeville man was arrested and charged following an incident of domestic violence that happened shortly after 3:50 this morning.
Indiana Borough Police report that officers were dispatched to an apartment in the 800-block of Wayne Ave. after a victim reported 25-year-old Patrick Merle Harah physically and sexually assaulted them. Officers say signs of physical injury were present along with a complaint of pain consistent with the reports.
Harah was arrested by Indiana Borough Police and charged via criminal complaint with aggravated indecent assault, simple assault and strangulation.
