S&T Bank is pleased to announce that Tae Ayers, assistant vice president and community banking manager, is a recipient of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s (PA Bankers’) inaugural Future Under 40 Awards. The awards recognize 10 banking industry leaders, aged 40 and younger, who have made a tremendous impact in their institution, the community and the industry.
Ayers has been with S&T for 14 years and has held various positions within consumer banking. As a community banking manager, he is responsible for cultivating long-term banking relationships, enhancing branch performance and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Ayers has been active in the community throughout his career. Currently, he serves as a board member for the following organizations: Citizen’s Ambulance, Indiana County Chamber’s Young Professionals Organization, Indiana Salvation Army, Indiana County Head Start Inc., and Indiana County’s Junior Achievement and as the treasurer for the Homer City Business Association. Ayers previously served as chairman and president of Indiana County Chamber’s Young Professional Organization and Indiana Rotary Club.
The winners will be honored at the PA Bankers’ Young Professionals Conference on September 20, 2021, at the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center in Hershey, Pa.
