While there were several hearings yesterday in Indiana County Court, there were only two sentencing hearings on the docket, both dealing with driving under the influence.
Judge Michael T. Clark presided over both sentencing hearings. 43-year-old Jeffrey Adams of Glen Campbell was ordered to serve three days to six months in Indiana County jail for driving under the influence, along with one month to one year in jail for a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Clark ordered the sentences to run consecutively.
Also sentenced yesterday was Robert Buskey, a 22-year-old Commodore man. For his DUI charge, he was ordered to serve three days to six months in Indiana County Jail and for a charge of possession of a small amount of a controlled substance, he was ordered to pay fines.
