PIRATES COULD GET TWO TOP 15 INTERNATIONAL PROSPECTS

MLBPipeline.com says the Pirates are now the favorite to sign young international prospect Tony Blanco, a 6-5, 230 power-hitting corner outfielder/first baseman from the Dominican Republic. He’s the 11^th-rated international prospect and was originally thought to be headed to Tampa Bay.

The Pirates are also the favorite to sign the #12 prospect, Dominican shortstop Yordany De Los Santos.
