The Penguins have now lost three games in a row on home ice and fallen to third place in the Metro Division. The latest loss was yesterday afternoon against the L.A. Kings.

Coach Mike Sullivan says the Pens are struggling to find balanced scoring, so he is shuffling the lineup to try to find offense.
Sullivan says that when you’re not scoring, you can still help your team win.
Winger Bryan Rust, who scored two goals yesterday, says the Pens are scrapping right now.
Defenseman Marcus Pettersson says the Penguins realize they’re not at the top of their game right now.
Forward Danton Heinen was scratched from the lineup after the pregame warmup. Sullivan said Heinen suffered an upper body injury. Radim Zohorna replaced Heinen on the third line.
After playing the last five games against Western Conference teams, the Penguins play the next thirteen against teams from the Eastern Conference, starting tomorrow night against Metro Division rival Washington. The Capitals are four points behind the Penguins, in fourth place in the division standings.
