An Indiana-based bank has appointed its new Chief Financial Officer.

InFirst Bank’s executive team and the institution’s board of directors have announced that David Hudak has joined the bank as the company’s new CFO. He has 35 years in the banking industry, and 25 years of experience in financial reporting. He has previously worked for Somerset Trust, BT Fiannaical Corporation and Moxham National Bank. Hudak is a Penn State graduate, with an MBA from Frostburg State University.
In a statement from the bank, InFirst CEO Timothy Kronenwetter said that he was confident in Hudak’s abilities, saying he has an excellent reputation and his leadership skills and strong financial background will be able to help them out in the long run.
