A Indiana-based bank has been named a “World’s Best Bank” by Forbes Magazine for the fourth consecutive year.
First Commonwealth Bank has been awarded the honor for four consecutive years now. It is on the list of 75 banks from the United States and 427 institutions from 27 countries that was released by the magazine. Banks were evaluated based on an independent survey of over 45,000 bank customers. The analytics firm Statista administered the surveys through a series of online panels and a sampling of bank customers. Participants were asked to rank their banking experience based on customer service, digital offerings, financial advice, terms and conditions and overall trust.
In a statement, First Commonwealth CEO Mike Price said that they continue to be humbled by the recognition from Forbes magazine. He also said it was a great follow up to being named the number one Small Business Association Lender in the Pittsburgh Region and one of the top SBA lenders across the state of Ohio.
