On Friday, the Presidents of IUP and Pennsylvania Highlands Community College signed an agreement to facilitate admissions of PHCC students to IUP.

The dual admissions agreement allows students that are enrolled at Penn Highlands who plan to complete a bachelor’s degree at IUP to be given automatic acceptance pending successful completion of all admissions requirements. On top of that, IUP president Dr. Michael Driscoll said that another advantage will be that PHCC students will have access to a lot of IUP’s amenities.
