Pennsylvania U.S. Senator John Fetterman is continuing to recover at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
Reports say that Fetterman is making progress in his treatment for clinical depression, but will remain hospitalized for at least two more weeks as doctors at the facility get his medication “exactly right”. Fetterman checked himself into the hospital on February 16th seeking treatment. This came a few days after he was in the hospital for dizzy spells and after he was hospitalized last May for a stroke that he suffered while he was running for senate.
Since he started treatment at Walter Reed, Fetterman has been seeing relatives and staffers to help him continue his work. Doctors say that the senator will be “as good as or better than his best days post-stroke” after his release.
