An Indiana man arrested in a traffic stop-turned drug bust is due in court today for a sentencing hearing.
Court documents show that 29-year-old Jeremiah Collington of Uniontown was a passenger in a car pulled over on October 10th at 3:26 AM in the 500 block of South 6th Street. During the investigation, Indiana Borough Police found suspected cocaine and marijuana under the passenger side seat. On April 10th, Collington pleaded guilty of manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, while charges of possession and criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.
