The Penguins unveiled their 2023-24 regular season schedule Tuesday afternoon:
Out of nine games in October, six are at PPG Paints Arena. This includes the season opener on the 10th, in which the Penguins welcome the Chicago Blackhawks at 8 p.m.
Other notable home matchups include:
- November 19 — Pittsburgh hosts defending Stanley Cup Champion Vegas
- November 22 — Thanksgiving Eve game against Metro rival New York
- December 2 — “Battle of Pennsylvania” between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh
- January 2 — Alex Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals reign in the New Year against Sidney Crosby and the Penguins
- March 10 — 2023 Art Ross Trophy Winner Connor McDavid leads the Edmonton Oilers into Pittsburgh for their lone visit of the season.
Penguins hockey will also return to the new U92.5 FM and U92radio.com this season. Broadcast information will be announced at a later date.
