State police have issued a non-traffic citation for a theft that happened on Friday at the Walmart in White Township.
Police say that 21-year-old Lily Soulard of Athens, Ohio was seen taking about $75 worth of merchandise without paying for it. Some of the items she took included handbags, a milk frother, wallet, backpack, shampoo and conditioner. The theft was reported at 3:45 PM.
