At a meeting on Tuesday, the White Township Planning Commission gave conditional approval for a final site plan for a future Valvoline Oil facility.
The new shop will be located at the former Pizza Hut site in the Southtown Plaza along Oakland Avenue. Township Manager Chris Anderson said that the proposed building would have three bays and would be less square footage than the current building has.
