First Commonwealth Bank has announced a new chief lending officer and executive officer for First Commonwealth Financial Corporation.

The company has named Mike McCuen, who has been a corporate banking executive since last September. As Chief Lending Officer, he will lead all commercial banking teams and initiatives in Commercial and Industrial Lending, Commercial Real Estate, Treasury Management and Portfolio Management. He will also take over the executive oversight of the Business Development and Equipment Finance groups.
Before joining First Commonwealth, McCuen was market president and commercial sales leader for Key Bank in Cincinatti since 2017, and had prior positions within Key Bank, National City and PNC Bank.
