It’s been a busy 24 hours for Indiana County first responders as two vehicle accidents and a structure fire have been reported in that time.
The first accident was at 5:09 PM on Rod and Gun Club Road in Montgomery Township. Glen Campbell fire department, Citizens’ Ambulance and Hastings EMS were called to the scene. The second crash was less than an hour later on Route 553 in Cherryhill Township. State Police, Cherryhill Township fire crews and Citizens’ were dispatched at the time.
Details on the crashes have not been released.
This morning, there was an automatic fire alarm reported at 3:01 this morning along Hood School Road in White Township. Indiana Fire Association members were called out at that time.
And right now, fire crews are on the scene of a structure fire on Mulligan Hill Road in West Wheatfield Township. Clyde, New Florence and Bolivar fire departments were dispatched at 5:09 this morning along with the RIT team. Armagh, Blacklick, Blairsville and Fairfield fire departments were called to assist a few minutes later.
