The Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority is accepting applications for a Digital Connectivity Technology Program.
The PBDA is looking to purchase $20 million worth of laptop computers for public institutions like libraries, municipalities, workforce training organizations, non-profit organizations and other groups that offer internet access to individuals who lack the technology.
