Residents in Indiana County have found themselves in a nationwide cellular outage.
More than 103,000 Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile customers are without cellular signal, according to the website DownDetector.com. It’s not clear what is causing the outage, but 14 percent of customers are experiencing a total service blackout.
Representatives from the Verizon store along Philadelphia Street in Indiana say customers are seeing their phones shift to “SOS” mode, leaving them unable to send texts or make calls. Once we have more information, we will pass it along to you.
