Peggy Lou (Carnahan) Murdick, 88 of Clymer, PA, passed away on October 11, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was the daughter of Arthur G. and Mazzie M. Q. (Brown) Carnahan, born on June 6, 1936, in Indiana, PA.
Peggy was a cake decorator for Giant Eagle and Shop N Save for many years. She lived her whole life on the family farm. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and friend.
She is survived by her three boys, Dennis A. Murdick and wife Robin, Benjamin E. Murdick and wife Teri, Mark D. Murdick, stepdaughter, Daris Jean Murdick-Slusser, three grandsons, Ryan Murdick, Casey Dravk, and Chad Dravk, three great-granddaughters, Lily, Logan and Laney Murdick, four brothers, Rod Carnahan and wife Donna, Lee Carnahan, Scott Carnahan, Terry Carnahan and wife Barb and Jim Carnahan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents.
Following Peggy’s wishes all services will be private for the family. The McCabe~Roof Funeral Home, 565 Franklin St., Clymer is assisting the Murdick family.
The family would like to thank the Indiana VNA Hospice. The family also would like any memorial donation be made to Indiana VNA Hospice or any church of ones choice.
