Applications for a grant from the Indiana County Endowment Fund are due on November 15th.
The fund was established in 1990 by citizens who contributed time and money to support worthwhile improvements to the community. Its mission is to provide grants to qualified nonprofit organizations, and encourages programs that will “enrich the community, encouraging both individuals and organizations to develop creative ideas and initiatives meant to help the community.” Recent recipients include the Visiting Nurse Association, Evergreen Conservancy, and the Community Guidance Center.
Applications must be submitted online through the Pittsburgh Foundation website. The board will meet on December 12th to review the applications and make final decisions.
