PennDOT has scheduled a closure for Huff Road in West Wheatfield Township next week so crews can perform railroad crossing work.
The closure will run from November 7 at 6 a.m. until 6:30 the following morning. Detours will be in place during that time. Drivers on the north side of the railroad tracks will have to turn west on Power Plant Road, then right onto Mulligan Hill Road, left onto Route 259 South, then continue into Westmoreland County from Bolivar before turning left onto Creek Road. Drivers should then turn left onto Route 711 and continue into New Florence, then drive straight onto Ligonier Street and back onto Huff Road.
