Two more suspects arrested as part of the “Operation Lake Effect” drug sweep, including one from Indiana, pleaded guilty in federal court yesterday.
45-year-old Barry Barker of Indiana and 25-year-old Mark Camacho of Phoenix each entered a guilty plea in a superseding indictment before federal district judge Kim Gibson yesterday. Barker will be sentenced on March 11th of next year and he faces between five and 40 years in prison, a fine of up to $5 million or both. Camacho faces between 10 years and life in prison, a fine of up to $10 million or both when he is sentenced a week later.
