David Neal Halldin, 54, of Homer City, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, at his home.
A son of Arthur and Shelby “Linda” L. (Tomb) Halldin, he was born July 29, 1970, in Indiana.
For 24 years, David worked at Specialty Bar Products Co., where he was a machinist. He was a member of the Red Barn Sportsmen’s Club and enjoyed hunting and riding his Harley.
He is survived by his mother, Linda Halldin, of Brush Valley; a son, Tyler Halldin, of Blairsville; a sister, Carrie Bono and husband Brian, of Strongstown; and a brother, Stuart Halldin, of Pittsburgh; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Halldin.
Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2024, at Robinson-Lytle-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 36 N 7th Street, Indiana. Additional visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2024, with Pastor Mark Griffith officiating. Interment will be Brush Valley Cemetery.
