Charges were filed against three people who were arrested in separate incidents this year in Indiana County.
District Attorney Robert Manzi said 43-year-old Matthew Patterson, 41-year-old Kenneth Ashley and 33-year-old Alexander Huber, all of Indiana, are charged with possession with the intent to deliver methamphetamine following three separate controlled purchases using confidential informants.
Manzi said all three sold meth to the informant. Ashley was arrested in February and appeared in court for a preliminary hearing on Nov. 20; Huber was arrested in April, and Patterson in June.
Updates on the final two’s court appearances are not available.
