No injuries or damage were reported in an emergency call this morning at a student apartment complex on the IUP campus.
The call went out at 6:55 this morning for a smoke investigation at the apartments on Pratt Drive across from the KCAC. Indiana Fire Association officials said that a student had left some candles burn down in her room and the candle holders broke, causing some smoke in the structure.
Crews were on the scene for about a half hour to ventilate the smoke.
