TRAFFIC TIE UPS ON PHILADELPHIA STREET FOR PNG PROJECT

Work continues in downtown Indiana as crews from PNG continue to install gas lines along Philadelphia Street.

Congestion has been reported in the construction zone along Philadelphia Street between 9^th and 7^th Streets.  PNG crews are tying in work on 8^th Street, meaning that traffic patterns are changing temporarily in the area and tie ups can be expected.  8^th Street remains closed today.

Work is expected to wrap up on Philadelphia Street by Friday, but next week, PNG crews will move to Chestnut Street between 8^th and 6^th streets.
