From the US National Weather Service
A brief period of freezing rain is possible over the next couple of hours for the northern potions of Lawrence, Butler and Armstrong Counties in Pennsylvania.
Though high-traffic roadways may not see ice accumulation, a few slick spots could develop on untreated secondary roads and elevated bridges.
Localized impacts that develop should dissipate by this evening as precipitation transitions fully to rain and any ice melts with rising temperature.
