On top of the vehicle crash on Route 22, there were four other accidents reported by Indiana County 911 over the last 24 hours.
At 4:19 PM yesterday, Homer City and Coral-Graceton firefighters were called out to Ridge Avenue in Homer City Borough for a crash. One minute later, Armagh and Clyde fire departments were called to Route 56 East in East Wheatfield Township. Then at 4:30 this morning, Brush Valley and Vintondale fire departments, Citizens Ambulance and State Police were called to an accident on Route 403 South in Buffington Township. Black Lick and Blairsville firefighters were called out two minutes later for an accident on Strong Road in Black Lick Township. State Police and Citizens Ambulance joined them on-scene. Reports on these crashes have not been released yet.
Indiana County 911 also reported a vehicle fire on Route 56 East in Brush Valley Township that brought the brush Valley fire department out at 5:49 PM yesterday.
