An Indiana man was hurt in a crash along Route 66 in Manor Township, Armstrong County, shortly after 7 o’clock yesterday morning.
State police from the Kittanning barracks say a car driven by a 16-year-old girl from Kittanning was struck by another car driven by a 16-year-old Rural Valley boy while trying to slow down for a changing traffic signal. The girl’s passenger, 41-year-old Michael Perry of Indiana, suffered a suspected minor injury and was treated on-scene by Ford City Ambulance.
Both cars were disabled in the crash and had to be towed from the scene.
