The Indiana Area School Board meets on Monday with a variety of items on its agenda, including another update on the soon-to-be-complete Eisenhower Elementary project, the freezer projects at Ben Franklin and East Pike, and the high school classroom renovation. Also on the agenda is a motion to hire an athletic trainer and a new one-year contract with Chartwells, the food services provider, with no increases in prices for students. The board will also vote on a motion to approve a three-year service deal for the district’s fiber communications lines.
Marion Center’s board will vote tomorrow on a number of motions, including a Link Computer Corporation network refresh/upgrade , the 2025-26 school calendar, multiple personnel moves, and a motion to add Marion Center’s formal disapproval of the state cyber charter school funding formula to the growing list of school districts objecting to the costly system.
River Valley’s school board meets on Tuesday.
