A New Kensington man was taken into custody yesterday after Indiana Borough Police responded to a report of a person with a gun making threats at an apartment in the 200 block of South 7th Street.
Police say the incident occurred on the back porch of the residence and the suspect was identified as 22-year-old Adisun Lee Jackson, who refused to leave the home during an argument and made hand gestures imitating a shooting, while displaying a handgun in his waistband.
Jackson had a concealed carry permit. The gun was seized and he was arrested and charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, and criminal trespass. He was placed in the Indiana County Jail pending arraignment.
