A Shelocta man who is due for a preliminary hearing in Indiana County court waived his preliminary hearing in Armstrong County on March 19th in a case of theft.
41-year-old Charles Earley is accused of stealing $1,323 worth of items from a store by State Police out of the Kittanning Barracks. It was reported that the store’s asset protection team recovered the items, and he fled on foot when he was confronted by store employees.
Earley is also accused of attempting to steal merchandise from a store in White Township on February 15th. He faces charges of theft filed by state police from the Indiana Barracks and a preliminary hearing is set for April 1st.
