Two vehicle accidents and two fires were reported on Tuesday by Indiana County 911.
Armagh and Clyde fire departments were called out at 8:42 yesterday morning for a reported two-vehicle crash on Route 22 East in East Wheatfield Township. Initial scanner reports said no one was hurt in the collision. State police were also on-scene.
The second accident was at 12:32 on Route 156 in Armstrong Township. Elderton firefighters, Citizens Ambulance and state police were dispatched at the time. Details on this crash have not been released.
The first fire was a reported structure fire that brought five fire departments out at 6:16 PM to a location on Route 56 West in Brush Valley Township. Brush Valley firefighters were assisted by Armagh-East Wheatfield, Homer City, Coral-Graceton and Cherryhill Township fire crews along with the county HAZMAT team.
And Indiana Fire Association members were sent to a property on Route 422 West in Armstrong Township for a reported brush fire at 8:05 PM. That would make the 45th brush fire call this year in Indiana County.
