From the US National Weather Service
Since we have a much needed lull in the weather, let’s take a look ahead toward the end of April.
Most of the month has been on the chilly side and wet side. Currently we are running 1.1 degrees below normal and 0.96 inches above normal for precipitation. Looks like a warmer pattern will be setting up as we move toward May. A strong signal for above normal temperatures (60-70%) in the east.
For rainfall, not seeing as strong of a signal, leaning wetter, but only a 33-40% chance. This will be a great weather pattern for a more colorful outdoors.
